We are closely monitoring and following the news and updates on the COVID-19 pandemic. We
wanted to give you some information on how we are preparing to execute our current and
upcoming junk removal jobs. We are taking the utmost care of our customers and team
members’ well being.

As you all are aware, some areas of the country have announced limitations of operation for
non-essential businesses. Junk/Waste haulers are universally considered an essential
business, nationwide.

As we take this day-by-day, we will follow the CDC and local government agencies’ guidelines
on operation, and will continue to adjust our best practices accordingly.

What we are doing to protect our customers, crews, and equipment?

– Each truck has masks for the team members.
– Each truck has gloves for the team members.
– Crews are instructed to use hand sanitizer before, during, and after each appointment.
– Crews are instructed to wash hands as much as possible.
– Crews are instructed to disinfect the cabs of the trucks and frequent touch points on
truck’s and buildings.

With many people at home these days, they are using this time to clean out certain areas of
their houses. We wanted to let you know we are fully operational and here to help you. We do
ask all customers, who can, to put the items they want removed, outside of the house. We know
some people can’t put the items outside, so please call us directly and we can discuss a variety
of solutions.

We are committed to continuing to do our part to help fight COVID-19 and will continue to follow
operational guidelines for keeping our customers and team members safe.
